Zyphor’s signature HALS v2.0 (Hindered Asynchronous Light Synthesis) is a multi-directional 3D-printed sole system featuring: Rebound lattice: to cushion each step and reduce foot fatigue. Hollow ventilation channels: to keep feet dry. Triple-zone pressure mapping: to reduce fatigue. Some models are fully 3D-printed in one piece — no glue, no waste, no seams. Others blend lattice soles with precision-knit uppers for hybrid performance. All 3D-Printing use recyclable compounds for a closed-loop future: Collect → Reprocess → Reprint → Restart.
